For patients with qualifying insurance, we submit the claim to your insurance company as a courtesy. Any reimbursement for covered services will be sent directly to you.

1. Comprehensive Hearing Evaluation - $125
Hearing Care is more than just a 'hearing test'. A comprehensive hearing evaluation is a diagnostic medical assessment of your entire hearing system: From the ear canal to the brain process. It can be used as a diagnostic tool to find things like tumors, otosclerosis, and menieres disease. Not every hearing loss is the same.
Who this is for:
Anyone noticing hearing difficulty, speech clarity issues, ringing in the ears, or changes in hearing.
Includes:
- Detailed case history and listening needs assessment
- Otoscopic examination of the ear canals
- Advanced audiologic testing
- Interpretation by a Doctor of Audiology - Screening for concerning medical indications
- Clear explanation of results and personalized recommendations
2. Professional Wax Removal Appointment - $125
Ear canals are delicate and highly sensitive. Safe wax removal requires specialized training, proper tools, and clinical judgment.
Includes:
- Video otoscopic examination before and after removal
- Professional cerumen management (instrumentation and/or irrigation when appropriate)
- Hearing screening following removal
Performed exclusively by a Doctor of Audiology.
3. Hearing Aid Consultation - $125 (with Hearing Examination)
This appointment is designed for patients who want expert guidance before making any decisions.
Includes:
- A comprehensive hearing evaluation
- Lifestyle and communication needs assessment
- Discussion of appropriate hearing technology options
- Honest recommendations: no pressure, no sales tactics
Ideal for:
Patients considering hearing aids for the first time or seeking a second opinion after a poor experience elsewhere.
4. Tinnitus Assessment - $125
Tinnitus is complex and highly individual. Effective management begins with proper evaluation—not guesswork.
Includes:
- Comprehensive tinnitus case history
- Hearing evaluation or review of prior results
- Identification of contributing factors
- Personalized management strategies and next steps
5. BPPV - Dizziness Appointment - $250
In this appointment, we will conduct an examination to determine if BPPV is the cause of your dizziness and perform the necessary treatment for it in person. Please note: this appointment requires that you have someone drive you to and from the appoitnment as the testing can sometimes exacerbate dizziness symptoms.
6. Hearing Aid Appointents
- Cleaning and Troubleshoot - $75
- Hearing Aid Modifications & AuD appointment - $125
- New Hearing Aids - Varying Pricing & customization based on your hearing loss. To learn more, a consultation with the doctor must be scheduled.
- OTC/Discount Hearing Aid options available starting at $1800
- Prescription/High quality Hearing Aid options available starting at $4500
